UTSG Accessibility Services Student Document Upload Portal
This portal is only for UTSG Students Submitting Documentation to Accessibility Services, St. George Campus.
Please upload a scanned copy of your documentation as a single, clear, PDF file via this portal.
- Login using your UTORid and password.
- Select ‘Unknown’ in the accessibility advisor field if you are a new student who has not been assigned an advisor yet.
- Affix an electronic scanned copy of your document. Maximum size: 30MB.
*If the PDF contains images of the document, these must be legible on a white background without any shadows in a single PDF file.
